These shopping terms and conditions apply to the UK market where we currently operate and sell our products and services. We accept payments from a range of debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal in Great British Pounds (GBP) and deliver to UK postcodes. Any new or additional country markets and their applicable terms of shopping will be displayed on this website.

Prices and descriptions

All product and service descriptions are as displayed on our web sites. Any product or service that does not conform to its description may be exchanged or the price paid refunded.

We reserve the right to change or add to product or service descriptions at any time to maintain the description accuracy. We may also update our pricing caused by changes in VAT and tax rates, component and material costs, fulfilment and delivery costs, sale or multi-buy discounts or other reasons. We also reserve the right not to accept bulk orders or orders for resale. Any changes we make will be published on our website.

Discount codes and sales

The following coupon codes, discounts and sales apply:

Newsletter subscriber codes: Those who subscribed to our monthly email newsletter prior to March 1st 2024 receive free standard UK 48hour delivery using the coupon code supplied by email when subscribing.

PuttBANDIT Multi-Buy Discount: A discount will be applied to the listed single PuttBANDIT product price when ordering 2 or more PuttBANDIT markers in any colour combination during the same purchase.  This discount will be displayed on our shopping pages and is applied in the order summary on the checkout page.

PuttBANDIT Ltd have the right to change the period, price, discount percentage or redeemable value of these offers at any time or alter the target product based on availability or compliance. Discounted prices and periods will be clearly highlighted on our website for the period of the offer and will automatically appear during checkout. Any changes to these offers will be notified on our website.

Sales promotion period

When we have a sale or discount price offer, the sale period discount price will be available for the same length of time or less than the product was sold at the original higher reference price. We will state the validity period of the original price and the sale price in the discount codes and sales section of this page.


We work closely with our fulfilment partners to make sure that the delivery of your order matches your expectations. You will receive an email when we fulfil your order.

PuttBANDIT Ltd is not responsible for any incomplete, lost, delayed or late deliveries, due to any system failure or malfunction of any networks, devices or websites.

UK deliveries

Our logistics partners, Royal Mail, Evri and other fulfilment and courier services that we may use might occasionally experience service disruptions caused by resource shortages, industrial action, adverse weather or other reasons. Please be aware this may affect some of our usual delivery times.

We currently offer the following delivery options to the UK.

Standard UK 48hr Deliveries – Delivery expected within 2-3 working days for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Saturday, excluding UK Public Holidays.

Standard UK 24hr Deliveries – Delivery expected 1-2 working days for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Saturday, excluding UK Public Holidays.

Delivery times

Expected delivery times may be impacted due to the various reasons outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, staffing shortages, industrial action and logistics errors.

The expected delivery times stated here are generally accurate for the UK mainland but can vary by postcode and location. Certain areas such as the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and island post codes may experience delivery issues due to bad weather or other restrictions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error.

Product stock

Products are sold subject to stock availability. We will display low or out of stock status on our website and get in touch with you if an item in your order becomes out of stock due to an issue such as two customers simultaneously ordering the last item and we are unable to dispatch your goods to you.

For purchases made from a PuttBANDIT website, please email us at and let us know that you intend to return an item, include your order number and tell us the reasons why.

If you purchased a PuttBANDIT product from Amazon, an online seller, or an in-store pro-shop or retailer, you should return the item to that seller and their own returns and refunds policy will apply.

Items less than 30 days old

If you are not satisfied with your product, return it to us within 30 days of receiving it in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a copy of your order fulfilment email, and we’ll offer a refund of the price paid for the product and delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that we do not refund the original delivery costs on products returned for exchange or on products that have been customised, modified or altered from the original condition.

Product exchanges

If you wish to return one product and exchange it for a different product, please return the original product back to us with a valid proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the original product price you paid, and then place a new order for the different product from our online store. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery costs on products returned for exchange.

Damaged goods on delivery

In the case of delivery damage, please inform us at within 2 days of receipt and return it to us in the condition you received it with a valid proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt. A replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

Faulty items less than 12 months old

We inspect and test all faulty items returned to us so we can improve our product designs, manufacturing quality and durability.

Please email us at and let us know that you intend to return a faulty item. Please include a photograph, description of the fault and when you noticed it.

Return the product to us, with proof of purchase, within 12 months of receiving it for a replacement product or a refund. Following inspection and testing of the item that confirms a fault, a replacement product will be shipped free of charge. Where replacement is not possible due to stock availability or the product being discontinued, we will offer a refund of the price you paid for the product, the delivery cost and your postage for the return.

Faulty items over 1 and less than 2 years old

Should a purchased product become faulty after 12 months to 2 years of receiving it, return it to us, with proof of purchase, for inspection and testing of the item. If the fault is confirmed, a replacement product will be offered at 50% of the original price paid for the product, to account for fair use, plus free delivery. Alternatively, a refund of 50% of the original price will be offered. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery costs on returns for items over 12 months old.

Refund payments

Refund payments will be issued to your original payment card or payment app, usually within 5-7 working days.

We recommend that you return your product and proof of purchase in suitably strong packaging to avoid damage and use a pre-paid printed shipping label from a postal service such as Royal Mail’s Click and Drop. Please send the product to us at:
