Puttbandit.com is hosted by Wix.com, Inc. who provide the online platform that enables us to manage and publish the content on this website. Our shop pages, at puttbanditstore.com, are hosted by Shopify Inc who provide the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Consent

This means that you have agreed to let us process your personal data, in the form of a subscription request or purchasing through our websites. You can change your mind and withdraw your consent by contacting us at data@puttbandit.com or by writing to us at PuttBANDIT Ltd.

How we communicate

We are keen to keep in touch with people who use our website, purchase our products and services, read our blogs and take part in our quizzes and surveys and we do this by email and social media. We wish to let them know about our latest products, promotions, and other relevant information. We believe that customers who subscribe expect to receive our monthly email newsletter and customers like to be aware of new product releases, upgrade offers and relevant information on how to use our products.

If you would like to stop receiving emails from us you can click the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any email marketing communication. Due to our contractual and legal obligations to our customers, we will continue to communicate service-related information to our customers but by opting out you will not receive any marketing-related communications.

What data we collect and why

We collect information about you so we can send you relevant marketing communications that we believe might be of interest to you, to process any orders and to make it easier to make future orders such as upgrade to a new product. The type of information we collect about you may include:

Golf team member/subscriber: First name, last name, email address, and golf handicap

Customer: First name, last name, email address, phone numbers, login details, order and payment details, billing address and delivery address

Survey responses: First name, last name, email address, golf handicap and answers to survey questions. We remove personal identifying information from your survey answers to make them anonymous when we analyse the response data and publish reports.

We never collect sensitive information about you. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing data@puttbandit.com. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly. Any personal information is held securely in accordance with the law.

How we use your information

Our websites and communications are designed to inform you about the products and services PuttBANDIT Ltd offers and other relevant information we believe could be beneficial to your use of our products, such as usage tips, user stories and survey data reports. We use any information we have about to help ensure our communications are as relevant as possible.

Third-party data processors

We partner with digital services and data processing companies such as Shopify, Wix, Campaign Monitor, SurveyHero, Huboo, Royal Mail, Evri and Microsoft who provide website platforms, email distribution, online surveys, quizzes, product fulfilment and delivery.
